Wording for Wedding Invitations
The wording on invitations is generally far less formal and more personal today than in the past. However there is a typical format that many invitations follow.
Remember that your wording will vary depending on who the invitation is from: bride's parents, the couple, both families, one parent only, and so on.
Below are some traditional and less traditional approaches to invitation wording.
